Do you ship worldwide? Will I get a tracking number?

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Can I see a preview of my custom item? Can I change the text?

Yes! For custom jewelry, plush toys, phone cases, etc., we send a digital proof for your approval before production. You can still change text for free within 2 hours after placing the order.

Can I cancel my order after payment?

Yes, within 2 hours of purchase — contact us for instant full refund. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible only via our 30-day return policy (custom items excluded).

My tracking hasn’t updated for days / shows “no info”

Completely normal for the first 5–7 days when shipping from China. Updates start once the parcel reaches your country. Just be patient — it’s on the way!
