Do you ship worldwide?
→ Yes! We ship to 190+ countries with tracking.
When will my order be shipped?
→ Regular items: 1–3 business days | Customized items: 3–7 business days.
Can I track my order?
→ Yes, tracking number will be emailed within 24h after shipment.
My tracking shows “no information” / stuck for many days.
→ Normal in the first 3–7 days (especially from China). It will update once it reaches your country.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
→ Possible in EU/UK/USA/Australia. Any import taxes are buyer’s responsibility.
Is shipping really free over €39?
→ Yes, free standard shipping on all orders over €39.

→ Design proof: 1–3 days | Production + shipping: extra 3–7 days.
Can I see a preview before it ships?
→ Yes! We send a digital proof for approval (jewelry, plush, phone cases).
I made a spelling mistake in personalization!
→ Contact us within 2 hours of placing order – we can still fix it.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
→ 30-day return for non-custom items | Custom items only for quality issues.
How do I return an item?
→ Email info@giftstin.com → We send return label (you only pay return shipping).
When will get my refund?
→ 3–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Can I exchange for another size/color?
→ Yes (non-custom items only), just cover the new shipping cost.

Is the jewelry real silver/gold?
→ We use 925 sterling silver & 18K gold plated. Clearly marked on product page.
Are the plush toys safe for babies?
→ Yes, CE certified, suitable 0+ with embroidered eyes.
Will the print on custom phone case fade?
→ 3D UV printing, 2+ years no fading under normal use.
